have less to do with marketing your house, and are more about preserving an outdated, pre-Internet business model. You need a REALTOR® who has HUGE INTERNET VISIBILITY! Buyers and sellers find me and my listings through advertising on The Atlanta Journal, Kudzu, Craigslist Atlanta, and many other high traffic sites.
