Buyers often start their search in East Cobb County, east of I-75, popular for several outstanding school districts. Walton High School, Lassiter High School, and Pope High School are in Marietta zip codes: 30062, 30067, 30068, and 30066. More moderately priced homes in East Cobb can be 20 years old or more; often they are beautifully renovated.

West Cobb, North Cobb and South Cobb are not only represented by Marietta Georgia addresses, but also Acworth, Smyrna, Kennesaw, Powder Springs, and the Vinings community. You'll find excellent home values on the west side of I-75, with newer homes. In West Cobb, Brookstone is one of the most popular golf course communities.

Welcome to north Fulton County
North Fulton County primary towns are Roswell (historic Roswell Square) and Alpharetta, known for luxury golf course neighborhoods and picturesque horse farms. Crooked Creek in Alpharetta is noted for its variety of home prices in a terrific location near Hwy 400. Closer in Dunwoody is shared by North Fulton and Dekalb Counties. The new city of Sandy Springs is located at the Perimeter just north of Buckhead.
