Search Tips: If you need to search for a different price range or change criteria:
On the results page, select "modify search" in the upper right quadrant of the screen.
Then, you can enter a new price range, school district, etc. and restart your search.
You also can change the sort order of the results.
Tenants: About renting a home in our area
I show qualified prospective tenants those homes which are listed in the Atlanta area FMLS and GA MLS systems. When you find a home that works for you, and we have negotiated the final details of your lease agreement, you will pay the first month's rent and a security deposit. After that, I am paid by the rental property owner (via the listing agent).
Initially, you and I will establish your criteria for a prospective rental home, followed by searching the MLS data bases for homes which may work for you. When preliminary qualification data is required by the landlord before a showing, I will provide your application and financial data to the listing agent and make our appointment.
Tenants with pets will find a smaller selection of rental properties; the type of pet as well as breed may limit your options.
Rental property owners require an application to be filled out in full for each driver who will reside in the home. You will be asked to complete a financial profile that supplies information over and above results of a Credit Report. I will advise you on how to prepare and organize this data.
