1. How do you work with rental clients?
All rental properties require an application to be filled out in full for each person who will reside in the home and has an active driver's license. You may be asked to compile a financial profile that supplies information over and above results of a credit report, particularly if you have had a prior foreclosure. I will advise you on how to prepare and organize this data.
2. How will you help me locate prospective rentals?
Initially, you and I will establish your personal criteria, followed by searching the MLS data bases for homes which may work for you. I follow up with the listing agent to ask additional questions, provide your application and financial data and set up an appointment.
