I protect my clients' interests and create significant added value for them with well practiced expertise.  

I believe the majority of agents are trapped in an obsolete business model which is doomed by design. They are locked in a corporate culture paradigm that worked 20 years ago before the Internet and fails to grasp the concept of an educated consumer who won't be bullied any more. The hefty profits paid to real estate corporations, franchisers, and relocation companies have resulted in the equivalent of the real estate middle man. These industry giants have forced agents to participate in a type of sanctioned consumer extortion.

In the mid 90's I wrote a little staging book to help my clients prepare their homes for sale (In Search of Camelot) - still used by all my home sellers today. I have earned the GRI, ABR, and the Phoenix Award for many successive Million Dollar Clubs and am a Top Achiever in the Cobb Association of Realtors® 2008 and again in 2009! I am expert at pre-inspection prep and counseling buyers about issues in both resale and new construction.

My primary markets are East Cobb, North Fulton, and Cherokee County.  I live just off Roswell Square, adjacent to the beautiful ante-bellum Historic district, above the Chattahoochee River. This is a great central location for my preferred territory.
